Troubleshooting
Control UI won’t load
- Check that the server status is Ready in the dashboard.
- If it’s ready, try a hard refresh.
- If it still fails, check logs.
Messages don’t get a response
Common causes:
- Model auth not configured upstream
- Channel is not paired/allowlisted
- Gateway is running but background worker is down
